Terms and Conditions

1. Crew Obligations In compliance with UAE regulations, our crew’s responsibilities are solely focused on ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of the fishing vessel and the safety of all passengers. The crew is not required to provide additional services beyond these duties.

2. Decorations and Event Customization Any decorations or modifications to the vessel for events must be approved and arranged solely by Fishing Trip Dubai. We reserve the right to make final decisions on the appropriateness and attachment of decorations.

3. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited within all enclosed areas of our fishing boats. Designated smoking areas may be available upon request.

4. Compliance with Marina Security and Safety Regulations All clients and guests are subject to marina security and safety requirements. Passengers must comply with all safety regulations during their time on board.

5. Identification Requirements Each passenger must carry a valid form of identification (passport, driver’s license, or Emirates ID) during the fishing trip, which may be required for boarding and marina security checks.

6. Client Responsibility for Damages The client accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the vessel by themselves, their guests, or any contracted service providers. The client will be liable for repair costs, transportation, loss of income, and any other associated expenses resulting from damages.

7. Charter Inclusions The fishing trip charter fee includes the use of the vessel, the services of a licensed captain, crew members, fishing equipment, fuel, water, soft drinks, and towels. Additional equipment or services, such as an on-board BBQ grill, are available upon request. Clients are responsible for providing their own marinated food for BBQs.

8. Liability and Safety during Activities Fishing Trip Dubai is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during recreational activities, including cruising, fishing, swimming, or any other water sport. Passengers participate in such activities at their own risk.

9. Life Jackets Life jackets must be worn by all passengers while the vessel is in motion. This is a mandatory safety requirement.

10. Prohibited Items and Conduct

• Towels will not be provided, so guests are advised to bring their own.
• No pets are allowed on board.
• Shoes must be removed while on board.
• Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to board, and this may result in trip cancellation without a refund.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any part of the vessel.
• Guests are not allowed to remove any items from the vessel. Fines may be imposed for violations.

11. Cancellations and Refunds No refund will be provided in the event of guest cancellations. Trips may be rescheduled if communicated at least 72 hours in advance and subject to availability.

12. Guest Capacity Limitations Trips will be automatically canceled without refund if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity for the reserved vessel.

13. Additional Charges

• 5% VAT will be added to the total amount.
• An additional 3.5% charge applies for payments via card or payment link.

14. Booking Confirmation and Deposits A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on the day of the trip. Card payments are subject to a 3.5% surcharge. Booking confirmations and trip details, including marina location and captain contact information, will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
